Broc Richardson brings more than 25 years of upstream oil and gas experience, almost exclusively in the unconventional sector. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Apex Energy, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management, and spent six years in J.P.
Morgan’s Natural Resources Investment Banking Group.

At Alphascend Capital, Broc oversees underwriting, financial modeling, capital planning,
and investment analysis, ensuring that project economics and assumptions are grounded in
institutional standards and operational reality.
