Matt Hoffman founded Alphascend Capital to build a disciplined, integrity-first investment platform focused on upstream energy. His background spans more than 25 years as a financial advisor, fundraiser, and C-suite executive, with direct experience raising and managing capital in the oil and gas sector since 2016.
Matt is responsible for overall strategy, capital allocation, operator relationships, and portfolio construction. Final investment decisions rest with the Managing Partner, supported by structured diligence and a repeatable review process.
